Happy Week, my best Buddies,
I am trudging along with my goals...the Idiot Boxes fluctuate up (168) and then down (165) so I am watching my trend to consistently get to my current goal weight.
AND, EXCITING NEWS! I did the "Crab" today!!! It is a bridge move with alternating toe touches! (My March 21 journal has a photo) I did 4 reps on each side...then dropped. I will try for more reps before the May 6th goal! WOOT!!!!!
CURRENT GOALS: March/April * Idiot Box consistent weight of 165 by May 6 * Bodyfat at 27% by May 6 (last reading 27.9%) * Macros consistent: Average 65%-70% fat, 23%-26% protein and 8% (or less) carbs, with NET carbs always less than 20 grams daily * Consume more fiber within the daily carbs macro * Continue to lift heavier at gym – increase reps on heaviest weights, I deadlift two 40lb dumbbell April 12 * Continue HIIT during cardio work * Do the “crab” move by May 6 – DONE on April 12
LONG RANGE GOALS: 2016 * Bodyfat at 25% or less (24%) * Idiot Box at 153-158 (85-90lbs lost) * Increased strength and flexibility
NEW Words of the Week: "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” ~Wayne Dyer I am dedicated, determined and diligent

That's awesome HCB! Achieving a goal in fitness is the best feeling! Congrats! If you keep up this pace you will get to your goals in no time.!
Btw lifting heavy is the best ever. I prefer it over cardio actually. I have to force myself to get cardio in.
