Same weight as yesterday, but with the sodium load. Calipers have just put me under 12% bf. :D



191.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hahaha, NM...as I'm reading this I'm 65 minutes into a sweat dripping, fat burning, cardio session...now I feel like I've got a real "target" power to weight ratio to work towards. Too funny the timing, LOL!!

Sorry NM, I missed the body fat% change too. Really well done, % changes are exponentially harder the closer you get to 10%....you are treading on elite ground right now!!

I said good-bye to a Canadian gym friend this morning. She is from Nova Scotia and will be moving to BC this year, because y'all have a milder climate!!! She is moving to a large island, but I can't remember the name. It's 72* here today Bruce, going up to 80*. Thanks for the picture! Try to stay warm!
