OK I am getting back on track. My eating is all over the place, I feel yucky, and I can't do 3 of my regular yoga poses. Enough! I am going to try a fat fast for a few days to get me back into the groove. I have 3 days until school vacation for the brats, I mean my angels. I realize its probably not a 'true' fat fast but close enough it should work. Wish me luck and don't talk to me until Saturday lol!

A fat fast is 1000 calories split into 5 portions consisting of 90% fat to jumpstart keto. I will most likely hit 80ish percent because I cant do dairy. I started this morning after my horrific yoga practise. I don't know about anyone else but it takes away all hunger for me. Peeps are different though.
