Thanks!! I gained over 150 pounds in 9 months from steroids, and the low residue diet consisting of lots of rice and pasta...I FINALLY said to myself...self, THIS is going to kill you faster than your disease...DO SOMETHING!! :). WE can be our own miracles if we put our minds to committing!! It certainly hasn't been easy, but I feel so much better.
