It's been a good day, but long. 10 hours in the car, much of it spent cruising old Route 66 rockin' out to 50's & 60's music on the radio. The motel had scrambled eggs and sausage patties, so I was all set for breakfast, didn't have lunch, but snacked on English walnuts in the afternoon, got a avocado chicken ceasar salad for dinner. Did exercise in the car as best as I could, leg lifts and arm lifts.
