Long weekend - I think I did ok, didn't go overboard, I don't think.
Danced from Sunday at 8 PM til 3 AM in the morning Monday. Then we went to another dance Monday night and stayed the 3 hours. I am woozy from tiredness 'cause I only got 6 hours sleep from Sunday morning to Tuesday morning!
Having fun lately, but not doing well with food and limits! More exercise, better tracking - I know how, I just am not motivated.
It is up to you! Could I please have a kick in the pants please? Nothing else seems to be working!
