Actually, we have a friend coming over for their birthday Friday night. I'll do another 21 hour fast before it and then I can eat what I want in the evening with relative impunity.

I'm doing my fat fast til tomorrow then going back to one meal a day. I weigh tomorrow and hope to be back to pre-holiday weight. Except for my coconut coffee I guess I do a 20+ hour fast every day. I like eating in the evening.
