Thanks for the encouragement for yesterday!
My good friend has joined my gym and is just as energetic as I knew she would be. We have been working out really well, trying yoga and the classes and some of the workouts that the gym has set up. So I am working out much more than I did, and hoping that helps. I am definitely feeling the results!
It was so hot today I feel kinda woozy but also hungry. Not sure how that will resolve and I know I ate too much yesterday so we'll see how it goes later when I get really hungry
