Woke at 219.2, down 3.0 from yesterday! Pretty good after eating nearly 2500 calories. My son's birthday today, so I did waffles for breakfast and we have Italian food out tonight (plus cake and ice cream after). UPDATE: Great day out at the National Harbor in Maryland. Hot chocolate and gelato for lunch, superb Italian dinner at Mama Stella’s, and chocolate cake and ice cream when we got home. BIG calorie day to end the year. Happy New Year!
