Moko13 thanks ! I have been doing a bunch of 2 to 2.6 mile runs on my lunch lately but upped it today. I have been trying very hard to spread My running volume out and increase distance slowly to not have a repeat of last year's knee problems. 🤞been good so far.

It's good that you take the opportunity to exercise, the good thing is that you know how to adjust exercise/rest/nutrition when necessary, I'm sure you'll do great in the OCR :)
