Getting ready to make a low carb key lime cheesecake for my Thanksgiving treat. I found a recipe online that sounds good, hope it turns out okay. I love cheesecake and with stevia and almond flour substituted for the graham crackers and sugar it should be good. I made creamed peas with new potatoes for my son and DIL today, gosh how I love them, but enjoyed watching them enjoy them instead. Got a hug from the DIL for making them. That meant more that eating them.
