Twins! But it could be triplets, the one on the left looks like 2 yolks joined together.

I buy jumbo eggs and often get double yolks. Even so, it's always a surprise. 🍳

One of my chickens gives me double yolks and one gave me the tiniest egg I’ve ever seen! 💜

We was considered this good luck on the farm. Of course, there was The unlucky times too but we were pretty good about knowing which hands were setting we typically would only let certain hens sit. It was one of the most coveted jobs as a child was going every morning to pick up the eggs. Typically Max would go in the evening to make sure that none of the eggs had been missed so we very rarely had the unlucky eggs. Which is what I believe Chicago Ken was tactfully not mentioning so I will continue suit. Now from my understanding certain chickens are more likely to lay double yolks but that was just what I was told as a child so I have no scientific basis on that. But it did seem to anecdotally Old true on our farm. Perhaps Mountainman2, can weigh in on it validity since he has so many laying hens.
