I am fairly certain its because I drank my dinner last night and am dehydrated lol. I will weigh again tomorrow. Funny thing though I used to eat everything in sight when drinking but since there wasn't anything on plan I just didn't eat. Never could have done that a year ago.

Nice loss, whatever the reasons. :) I find I need to be very careful if I have a couple drinks, food restrictions are probably the first of my inhibitions to go down the tubes!
