Today I am hungry which is good. Went out to dinner last night with BF who is leaving town for the weekend so just Thanksgiving and my friend's birthday party and then Friendsgiving on Saturday and dinner with BF Sunday when I pick him up at the airport. Lots of eating at restaurants but I will endeavor to just have a protein and a salad. No alcohol. Still working on dry rest-of-2023. Putting together my holiday meal plan for children visiting that day. One vegetarian so not focused on the turkey but the sides.
