I had another salad today. Your pictures always inspire me! It was my main meal for the day. I am almost doing OMAD, not counting coffee and 1/4 bagel for breakfast.

There’s not really a recipe, I use bagged kale salad mix or cabbage mix, cottage cheese for dressing and whatever protein I’m feeling along with balsamic vinegar and avocado or olive oil if the avocado isn’t ready. Sometimes, i add fruit. A lot of days lately, the protein is Costco rotisserie chicken although I’ll probably abandon that once the holiday crowds get too annoying.
