I blame it on the killer weight and ab workouts. If it stays I will adjust some calories.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Seems we always focus so much on the scale, and I'm as guilty as anyone in doing that. Yet it's such a one dimensional way of measuring progress when there is more to it than just a given number of pounds at a point in time. You're working hard, keep faith in that.
