Fluctuations. Took last night off for a variety of reasons. Interesting thing from that is that some things that have been aching lately didn’t. Means my walking form is off or i need new shoes or both. Was a good reminder. I’ll swap them out with another pair and see what that does.
Blob is still up, water and muscle up, everything’s up. Yay. Yesterday, came to the realization that besides myself, one of my saboteurs is my family. All of a sudden, I’m getting unannounced food deliveries on a fairly regular basis and it’s stuff i won’t normally buy. Last night was tamales. I did have one, it was chicken, I logged it. But need to have a talk about food again and how I don’t want it in my house. Going out to eat is fine because it’s planned, but random drops are not helpful. Anyways… we all have those people. They may or may not mean well, but it’s a conversation to be had.

Same…I struggle enough without unhealthy (for me) foods dropped off. Last week, matter-of-fact…leftover ice-cream cake appears in the freezer. It called out to me for three days. It won, three or four bites into it, I had to hard check myself!
I had the conversation, family dynamics at play there😮💨🙄

No one ever sends me food! Good thing, I have enough trouble with what I find on my own! I've found that the shoes I take walks in are really important. If I walk in some flimsy little shoes because are easy to put on I get calf pain in the middle of the night

I had a friend that used to bring me sweet treats every week. I appreciated it but I was dieting at the time. She knew that but figured once a week I should treat myself...she couldn't understand how that triggered me. ☹️

Diana,i always bring some chocolates back from my vacation for my house sitter (and usually get one or two pie we for myself). This time I asked her if it was okay for me to do this. I remembered she had told me she is trying to lose some weight and eat healthy. But she said ite fine,she !o e them and keeps them in the refrigerator and has a piece once in awhile. I also a!ways buy a Papa Murphy's take and bake pizza and know she loves that as well
