Woke at #210 can't believe my scale finally moved down one #, which my scale(LIL LIAR), thought it was stuck on #211, seemed like weeks, but I stayed true to my quest, walked 8 miles and did hard labor yesterday at work. I'm sure that was it. Wife still hobbling around from surgery, and going to play pickleball today and I'm DO N OK!

I can sooo relate. That scale played mind games with me for the last few weeks. I keep saying I'm not going to get on it for a week. I envy people who can go a month without weighing. congratulations 🎊
