Had my best day yet yesterday! Made green beans (cooked in salt pork fat back), cooked sausage and pulled out all other ingredients for husband to make beef-a-roni, did the cooking dishes, walked TWO miles, did PT exercises twice and got in plenty of icing and elevating in between all those activities.
I get to go to church today! I’m going to take my ice pack and prop up my leg on the pew. Will walk with the cane instead of the walker because it will be more out of the way during the service.
