Got in 12 cups of water yesterday (had six cans of Diet Coke). Fiber was 35.7 grams (I think that only 11.3g of that was insoluble Fiber - I have planned for more vegetables today) Protein was 94.33g. Calories were 1,867. Walked 5.5 miles. Did 1-1/2 hours of PT exercises.
For the week, my Average Calories Per Day was 1,799 (higher than I would like it to be). Loss for the week was 8/10ths of a pound. Average Fiber per day for last week was 34.2g (goal is 25-35, getting ready for surgery). Average Protein per day was 89.70g (goal is 75g daily until surgery, then 100g after 7/27). Water averaged 8 cups per day (increasing goal to 12 cups/day this week).
Total lost so far (since 6/23/22 is 71 pounds. Total miles walked since 1/1/23 is 745.71, and it's only mid-July. (Last YEAR, it was only 277 miles) I was only walking 2 miles a day when the year started, and now am walking five.
I hope you don't think I'm recording all this to boast or brag. I'm really just trying to figure things out for my own knowledge and motivation. Without God's help, I couldn't have done ANY of it! I am only able to walk because He gave me the "want to" (which I lacked all the rest of my life!), the "where to" (in my nice, air-conditioned house, which is all on one level), and the physical health to be able to do it (in spite of a bone-on-bone right knee).
OK, speaking of walking, it's already 4:43am, and I've only walked one mile so far. Had to catch up on three days of Bible reading first.
