well, still being a good girl on keto. weighed myself on the mechanical scales and I was something like 78kg, then I was 90kg, so I'm giving it a miss. If I stay in control of the eating I should be back in the game by the time I get home.
hope everyone's having a good time. I'm having a lovely break, winter holidays are underrated. My daughter sent a picture of the cats, happy and sleeping on my bed, so that was nice. :D
