Well this is a new low, even for me. tee hee.

87kg straight. at last. movement!

In a downward direction!

2kg to goal... at this rate that's 4 months but maybe I won't have too loose floppy skin if I lose slow. My boobs are deflating like last month's party balloons. sob.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
