I have no idea what I weigh, my scales ran out of battery 2 weeks ago, and I can't unscrew the base to get a new battery in. It's all rusted over from when it was out in the outdoor bathroom during a leaky time...
I am not behaving myself. I keep eating carbs. This time of year, budgets, we work our butts off, but food keeps appearing. cakes. scones. even sandwiches are too high carb for me... but there it all is, laid out, waiting.
Broke up with the boyfriend this weekend, went for retail therapy with a very compliant daughter who was entirely happy to go retail therapying with me. I love her so much. I gave her a hundy for spendy munny and she spent 30 of it on me for a unicorn cushion (with ears and a tail) that I can cuddle in place of a man.
I bought a smiggle bag covered in cat unicorns.

I bought a water bottle covered also in unicorns.
All of it is outrageously pink. I am going to take this eye-cancer to work and make sure I have always large quantities of cut up carrots, olives, cheese cubes, cucumber, pickles, and salami. In my pink pink water bottle I shall have water with a squirt of lime. I shall be a Good Girl and drown my sorrows in lime water and gherkins.
My daughter, whose support colour is blue, and her flatmate, whose support colour is rainbow, fully understand my need for gobsmackingly pink items at this time. Although she was a bit enably and nearly talked me into shocking pink hair dye which I managed to resist.
Does it spark joy, she asked, slyly. Oh God yes... but I resisted.
