Didn't drink any water yesterday and didn't get in enough fiber. Caring for my grandson during the "clean out" stage of Encopresis required my full attention to him all day long. I was able to get in my walking, and I logged everything I ate. Calories up this morning, but I only got four hours of sleep before he woke up coughing and had to change his pull-up diaper (just wearing them during this intense evacuation stage).
