Hi, everyone. Hope you are well. I went out of town and it's after midnight but I had to record my weigh in since it might affect my challenges. I am sleeping late tonight, but I have improved my sleep by forcing myself to get off the computer. From an average of 6 hours a night, I have progressed over the last month to 7 hours a night. But early appointments during this week took my average back down to 6 hours and 30 minutes. Maybe next week I will be back up to 7 hours. Good luck with your diet, exercise, sleep, and stress relief. The journey to health is well worth it!

Nice increase in sleep. Definitely the computer is a time grabber. I need to force myself off of it in the morning and get back to my morning jaunt on my gazelle before work. It makes a huge difference in how I feel.

Someone asked me how long it took me to lose my weight. I lost 97 pounds in 1 year and 10 months, about 5 pounds a month. That was slow and steady and I never felt deprived because I ate healthy foods, no junk foods or sweets. Given two choices, I always chose the food with more fiber. Fiber kept me from feeling hungry until my next meal or snack. Good luck!
