Back to no breakfast mornings. The morning food you see (if anyone's crazy enough to watch what I'm eating - saddly I'm out of bear sausage) will be my 11 AM snack. Feeling better again eating that way. Easier to keep the calories down. Not exactly 16:8, but it's fairly close.

Hey, can I trade you some home made cheese for bear sausage? :) I've always wanted to taste bear meat. I also do with fasting in the mornings. It makes the rest of the day easier and I can feel fuller going into the evening which is my hardest time of day to stay on track.

As long as you don't eat anything after 7 PM it is 16:8.

You can eat after 7 in 16:8 as long as you don't eat before 11 am. I tend to eat my first meal at 12:30-1 pm and dinner around 6. Some days it's more like 18:6. You just have to adjust to your own schedule. Mine may be changing soon but I'll still do 16:8.

Mmm. Not sure the post office would appreciate raw bear meat in the mail there, Jim. Oh well. We'll have to figure out something to make it happen in future. ;)
