I remember why I left the other food log: too many ads! They take up half the screen, and I have to scroll down after every item I add. It's taking me forever!
I got to the gym and did 30 minutes on the treadmill with lifting weights on the machines. I will take a class on Thursday, but tomorrow I'll go and use the treadmill or bike for a time - maybe an hour. Also planned my food for tomorrow again, and I have figured out how to stay out of dunkin donuts. I have been going there to use the bathroom and was buying stuff (hash browns, donuts, raspberry danish!) in addition to coffee.
Today: I ate all good stuff - no snack foods! Yogurt, fruit, veggies, rice, chicken. More than 8 glasses of liquid. One hour of exercising.
