Some of that will certainly bounce back, but that's what the end of my 35 hour actual fast looks like. Quite satisfied. (Looks at the oats with a steely glare!) Had a little trouble sleeping last night... all to be expected. Calipers say 14% body fat. Getting close. The 4% more I want to get rid of should be about 6 pounds. 175 is my target weight, and that should put me really close. At 175 it's reverse diet time, and I'll be ready for summer. Psyched. Ready for the extra energy from maintenance food levels and some gains in lifting again. Bring on the heat! (It snowed on Friday.) Shake it up.

I'll admit those fasts do look nice on you. BTW - Hope you get some sign of spring soon. I used to live on the Canadian border and found it especially depressing when we had a late spring.
