Greetings! It's a cloudy day here today, and I have joined the 10 percent in 90 days challenge! That means I have to go the my gym today! Actually, I have to go no matter what. Anyway, I am not going to post food on this site anymore, since it doesn't track calcium and I am getting paranoid about bone loss. I will be over at sparkpeople.com which tracks more stuff and has a meal plan set up also. The site provides shopping lists too, so I will be using that function over there. If I get ambitious I'll add my daily calorie counts here.
My daughters are away still - it's weird here without them.
Many plans in the works here, mostly having to do with remodeling, but I can't get ahold of my contractor so I am procrastinating doing them myself. He's my cousin - reportedly lost his phone and can only be reached through my brother who won't answer my calls! Gah. It's been too hot and muggy to remodel anyway. I am hoping the remodel helps my mood, since the projects are ones that have been on hold for so many years, what with work being up and down, hubby being indecisive, and kids always needing time. Plus, as I said, we have the money to hire someone else to do it so I am TRYING to, but contractors! they are notorious for not following through.
I had rhubarb cobbler for breakfast and I am stalling myself from getting more of the birthday cake I made for hubby's birthday yesterday. Close enough to noon now, for lunch, so I am off to eat! Tofu, zucchini and BIRTHDAY CAKE!
