Just For Today I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan (Calorie Count)

It is time for new goals for the upcoming year. WHAT are your health plans for 2023?
PLEASE share them with me!

So, I am so happy to be logging my food and trying to be more alert to my choices once more after being less restrictive over my holiday.

2023 goals: 1. Keep up with the yoga and fitness classes - at least 4 per week. 2. Be more active around the house since there’s no more yard work - at least 4000 steps (take a walk outside if necessary). 3. Keep my calories at around 1300 - best way for me to do that is less alcohol. 4. Find some small sweet treats for after dinner - I do like the mini kind bars.

1- start off with working out 1x a week and increase that thruout year without binging... for some reason, i binge after workouts. hunger has nothing to do with it... (i have binge eating disorder) 2- continue EMDR to heal 25 yrs worth of trauma.
