Adding new equipment bro?

Up about 2lbs in a few weeks? That's not too bad. I'm aiming for a steady 2-3lbs per month to minimize fat gain.
The slow and steady gain won't be as noticeable as your cut. Make sure to take weekly photos and measurements.

ginome upgrading some of the equipment adding new stuff. Expanding the footprint, cosmetic improvements , new storage for stuff in the gym and for all the other crap I'm the basement lol. I don't even want to add up how much I spent the past 3 days on gym stuff 🙃 😐

TheUnhealthyDaddy yeah it took so long for anything to happen but it's pretty steady now. Looking for .75 a week Still making tweaks to make that happen. I'm seeing noticable muscle size and strength difference though which is awesome. Deffintly seeing the fat addition though too... temporary but I don't like it 😕 it's all good though for now haha

Added 3 reps in 15 days? That's awesome! That's your body thanking you for the added fuel. It makes a huge difference.
If those numbers continue to go up at that pace though...we will call the fake natty police on you. lol

TheUnhealthyDaddy 😄 too funny I don't there's anyone questioning me being on juice anytime soon haha but I hear that is the ultimate compliment. 😅 I'm progressing pretty well with most exercises right now my bench shot up great the first 3 weeks then it's kinda been stagnant for the last week. Been doing pretty good at adding a rep or 2 to most exercises each session... I'm starting to think I'm getting the nooby gains now that I wasnt fully getting before because I was starving my body of adequate fuel.
