Tim, I wasn't as disciplined chowing down on the chips & salsa @ lunch 😏 I did do better in not eating the whole burrito. I really wasn't hungry at dinner time, so even this small plate was more than plenty.

I get in the same boat after a big lunch. Alas, I take a medication at dinner that requires a full meal with it. Were it not for that, I could probably do the occasional IF by skipping dinner
