3/9/15, Monday; Today is the 3rd day of this head cold, got to say I've never experienced one this bad. But, this morning: Feeling better, head cold settled down, last night I took half dose of decongestant (old type, can’t get anymore: ephedrine) & half dose of antihistamine: diphenhydramine. but apparently this was too much: woke 2:15am way too dry on right nostril, but using ben gay on right side reversed the antihistamine, going back to being stuffed up. Had to get up early though, did nasal flush. couldn’t sleep after that, so now, 5:45am sinuses feel almost normal, and sore throat gone. Also, the beginning eye infection went away, didn't have to use Aloe Vera juice on it.
