Its Flex Friday and nobody has posted any pics to motivate me to keep pushing harder so I guess I will go ahead and do my first flex Friday post. JustBananas thank you 😊. Bigger legs does mean more ski runs and longer distances mountain biking though so it's actually the most useful muscles I can work to grow bigger.
