I went overboard today with the jalapenos........I really don't know personally, but my eye's did water, and the person eating it was not too happy...I will cut back next time.

Thanks for the recipe tip, NM. Sorry about your wife cutting jalapenos. I use the pickled ones which are easier to cut. :)
