By the way, my mini-trampoline has been a MAJOR blessing to me during this colder weather so I could get in my "walking"...trust yours will "fill the bill" until you can replace your treadmill. Have a great "rest of Sunday."

Funny you should say that. I was trying to figure how to record it. It feels like lazy running lol. I wonder how the calories used compares. Still a darn good workout though.

All I know, for sure, is that it is sooo much better than doing nothing (for me)...Yes, I am certain you get an excellent workout....I am looking forward to the day when I finally get back to the 4 MPH level...and I was never a 6 MPH person, even in HS....now I will be quiet and let you enjoy what is left of Sunday. :)

I couldn't believe how sweaty and pooped I was after. The thing is actually therapy equipment for my boys, never really occurred to me to train on it. Much much easier on the old knees.

I love love my mini trampoline in the winter, or when it gets really hot.

So you both like the trampoline? WFN... You have bad back, right? How that work for you?

Kathy, I have had rod through one knee, arthritis in both my knees and ankles, really weak ankles, a cervical fusion, back is an off and on SI issue not something chronic. Since the trampoline considerably decreased the impact I can use it within reason. Jumping hard on it is not nice to my neck, I can even jog, something I've banned from doing since the mid 80"s leg surgery. I really think it is helping strengthen my ankles. It's handy because unlike a treadmill I can pick it up out of my living room where it mostly lives and stick it in the spare room.
