Darn it!! I goofed up my challenge. I ate a small bowl of high fiber cereal at about 9:00PM. I didn't get home until late and was starving. I wanted to drink water but it didn't do the trick on the hunger pangs. I don't think I will have a good weigh in later on. I will weigh in after I work out later on. I'm putting some whey protein powder on my grocery list for Friday. I will also buy one of those mixing cups so I can mix up some for lunch. I'm hoping that if I increase my protein intake, it should take care of the stagnation in my weightloss.

Carbs (cereal) will keep you hungry - maybe increase the protein and add a little healthy fats (avocado, nuts, etc.) Good luck.

Is that true even with the "high fiber" cereals. I didn't think of the nuts. I'm so confused as to what is a good carb or bad, good fat or bad.... I'm going to buy some whey protein powder this weekend when I'm grocery shopping. Hopefully, that will help get my proteins up. I'm all over the place trying to figure this thing out... again. I'm going to keep moving today and hopefully it will burn more calories today and help my weigh in.

Non-fiber carbs are fattening and those are processed, simple carbs like white bread/ pasta/ rice/ candy/ chips etc. Fiber carbs are not fattening and those are fruits, veggies and whole grains. It's that simple.
