I'm really enjoying the idea of re-feed days this cut.
If you look at my weight over the last week, you'll see that my weight fluctuated quite a bit. That high day was two days after the refeed. The day prior to that was a pound heavier (and I didn't log it for fear or reprisals here). :D

Look Sharp. - Joe JacksonI've found something else out during this time as well. I'm not nearly as anxious as I was when I first dropped weight and got down to 165 last summer. The weight gain process was actually part of the weight lifting regimine. I don't do it that way a gain. Once I hit 175, I'll do a reverse diet to find my maintenance and then cut my calories for a couple of days every two weeks or so to reduce fat. I believe I'll hit 175 somewhere around mid April.
The refeed days really help my state of mind.
