I woke up and weighed myself for the first since like last month and honestly i was surprised with how little i gained. I really hope that by the end of this week i would lose 4 pounds. I'm crossing my fingers that it works out. I am avoiding sugar and lower my carbs and exercise like crazy anyways wish me luck.
