One more day until my weigh in. I hope that the added exercise will help with having a loss tomorrow. I have to push myself to make sure to get in all my water. I think that will go a long way to help with fat burning. I hope, anyway.
I think it would be a good idea if I slept more. I don't think I'm getting enough yet. My legs feel like my legs are swollen.
I'm kind of nervous about tomorrow. I don't know. I just feel like I'm doing all kinds of things that should get me great results but nothing is happening.
I'm going to add exercise just like I did yesterday and see how it works.
