I'd forgotten how slow this feels. I'm not saying that's not a decent loss, it's just that deprivation isn't my thing. I'm finding it easier to maintain lower calories this time through, but then I'm working out less. I'm getting what I want. I'm a minimalist. I believe I've put on muscle - that's what the calipers say. Slow loss is better for keeping it. Not killing myself lifting too frequently should mean I'm not tearing down muscle as quickly so on the reduced calories it should be easier to maintain.

You don't have much to lose or I would suggest mini goals. Those can make it seem a little less tedious. It does seem slow though, like watching grass grow. :)

Mini goals. :) First stop is 182. Then I believe 170 or a little higher should get me to 10% bf.

All that matters is that you're making progress. The pace matters not. Like my motivational quote from yesterday said, "No matter how slow you go you are still lapping everybody on the couch". :-) Keep up the good work.

That's a great one. I always tell my students, "If you get on stage, even if you're not happy with the performance, you're still ahead of 95% of the population who would rather die than perform in public." I'm pretty sure I can perform. It grounds a person, humbles them, and leads them to greater freedom and successes. Thanks 'A'.
