Day 9 of new thirty day challenge. disappointing workout selection last night, but did it anyways. 6.3METs, average heart rate was only 127, so definitely not working as hard as I can. okay, fine. it was too easy. but I was disappointed by it, so we won't do that one again. if I'm going to stop and do something that makes me sweat, I guess I want to experience some level of satisfaction.
Another long frantic day at work. definitely not bored. need to figure out if this is sustainable.
