Fasted 22 hours. My friend came over and we walked around my neighborhood with my dog and caught up. Gorgeous weather. I made a bunch of salads and snacks. Delicious. I forgot to take a pic. Then I had fruit and yogurt with some raisin bran and some whipped cream.
