This evening I did: Funk Roberts - 30 Minute Lower Body Dumbbell Workout - Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Power Followed by: MadFit - 5 MIN DAILY STRETCH - An everyday, full body routine
A really great workout and I finally changed my weights to 6.5kg so really felt it. Closer to the end of the workout I was getting a bit tired of lunges so I did some close chest presses (with both weights) and then skull crushers as well (with just one weight). The clean and squat was probably my favourite move, but I love that it included quite a few deadlifts too.
Calories have not been that great this week starting with the free chip butty at Monday night's pub quiz. I also ended up having two 500ml ciders so that's just not helpful for calorie counting, but it's only twice a month so I'll try to adjust and do better next time.
I went on a nice long walk last night that ended up being almost 2 hours long and we walked to the pub and back on Monday as well. Rather sedentary with work today besides my workout this evening, but will go for a short stroll to the monthly poetry evening tomorrow. Not sure if I'll feel as brave going alone as I did last time, but hoping I'll feel just as welcome.
Hope everyone is having a great week so far!

Suma! Have not seen you for a while - hope you're well! MadFit has some longer stretches as well I think - I just did a quick one, but a good 15-20 minutes is sometimes just so good. xxx

Nice leg combo! I did legs as well yesterday and I can barely walk today. My hamstrings are on fire!

Sounds like a good workout. I do enjoy hearing about your outing. 💕 I had to have a hard lemonade when we got into Phoenix the other day, due to the crazy drivers on the highway. 😄 I am only half joking. I am not used to this traffic anymore. 😒
I hope you do make it to the poetry reading and enjoy it. 💕

Aah, thanks Becca! I hope I will go too - I can very easily talk myself out of it though, but hopefully not today. Big cities and traffic freak me out too so I hope there's not too much more of that on your trip! I know it will all be worth it when you reach your destination - safe travels! xxx
