END OF MONTH REVIEW-DECEMBER 2014

I am very happy with this months review!
My challenges were to do 24 out of 30 days of Core Work(I did 20)

The Results:

I increased my biceps 1/2inch :D
I decreased my neck 1/4" :D
I decreased my waist 2 inches! :D

GOAL FOR JANUARY 2015- LOSE 5 POUNDS!
GOAL PLAN:
1- Daily Exercise(2-mile walk/Core Work)
2- Daily Water (64oz.) Before exercise & meals.
3- Do not over consume RDI of 1600 (530 per meal)
4- Log food/activity daily.
