day 5, got the heart rate up to 151 for two whole minutes w/o the pool. muscle up, water up, blob down. actually having fun. not worried about this number, it's a fluctuation. 2.63 miles with dogs. something still going on with Hogan this morning.
muscles feeling pretty strong which is good. just need to push through the day.

Oh Kat I feel your pain going to the Vet with your fur babies. I'm at the Vet now, for a UTI in our 20 yr old cat. It's the worst waiting & worrying.
I'll 🙏 for Hogan!

Thank you so much, Kat! We're all home now, all good. Freaking expensive & 2 1/2 hours as an Emergency (bc my reg Vet was slammed) but she's much better & that's all that matters. ❤️🐈⬛
I'm praying the same for your guy (w/o the huge expense & anxiety time waiting!!) 💕🐕

we are in a holding pattern at the moment. going to take the slow route to see if we can heal first, then move on to other things as needed. having dealt with the cat side of things, if you are open to it and your vet is supportive, learning how to administer subcutaneous fluids is a wonderful thing. it keeps the stress down on the cat and can save some vet visits as long as you know when you need to go to the vet.
