This evening I did: Caroline Girvan - IRON Series 30 Min Upper Body Workout - Shoulders, Back, Chest | 2
I am in awe of the weights she was using. I am still using 5kg throughout, which was somewhat of a hindrance when it got to shoulder presses and rear delt flys so instead of adjusting them to 4kg weights I just did some straight leg deadlifts and alternating overhead presses instead. Still feeling a bit shaky, but had a hot shower and hopefully the cool down stretches will help with doms tomorrow. I like these shorter workouts she's doing this month so looking forward to some more of them.
Hubby and I did a little walk in to town this morning along the river. It was a beautiful day and warm in the sun, but oh, so chilly in the shadows - and with a biting wind that whipped up every now and then. Will see if we can get out again tomorrow afternoon as it's meant to be warmer and less windy too.

Thanks Becca! That wind does give you a bit of a chill, but luckily we were wrapped up quite warmly so it wasn't too bad. :)

Aah, now that is something I haven't really done this year, Mermee. Measurements would be good - I used to do them at the start of each month, but been slacking this year. Judging by the fit of my clothes I don't think there's much movement there though. But, I am feeling a bit more motivated lately so hopefully will keep this momentum going for a bit.
