Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
BPM: 74.
Blood oxygen level: 99%.
Steps yesterday: 1,268 (SmartHealth watch); 300 (Withings Pulse).
Sleep efficiency: 88 percent.
The Withings Pulse fell off my belt in the kitchen. The clip is secure enough - as long as you seat it proprly. That's the problem with clip-on pedometers and trackers. If it drops at home, you have a shot at finding it. Elsewhere, fuhgeddaboutit. Not as bad as losing a smartphone, but $100 is $100 (or in my case, $90 -I had a coupon). Makes me wonder if buying the $15 wristband is a good idea.
Withings has an entire ecosystem of devices, including a scale, blood pressure monitor, and a sleep tracker. Reviews for the scale and monitor are good; for the sleep tracker, not so much. For $300, I expect it to serve me breakfast in bed as well as track my sleep.
