Review of March intake shows too much fat and extra carbs pushing the average up to 1430. I know this average is low because I eat bites of things and don't record them. Plan is to get that fat number down below 40 grams a day and bump up fiber rich foods, shooting for 1100 calories overall average. It's hard going with my current mindset trying to get work projects done so I can retire!

Sounds like a good plan! I had issues with little bites of things while I cook, so I set up a hot herbal tea and a quarter to a half cup almonds for myself while I cook & plan/log it in my meal
