Goal for April: fat grams to 40 average per day Generally needs to be less butter and frosting, less salad dressing which I use heavy-handedly. Weigh in tomorrow, not thinking there will be much change since my burn rate is around 1300 and my intake for the past two weeks averages around 1500.
